Nerdwatch Episode 2.13: Mike Meets Sam Fisher(s)

I can only imagine the brainstorming process for designing the aesthetic of G22 went something like this:

Project Director: “Okay, we’ve got a top-secret espionage organization we need to design. What have we got so far?”

Bob from the Art Department: “Well, Sam Fisher has those three little lights on his goggles and the fans seem to think that those are really cool.”

Project Director: “Okay, I like it, but what can we do to top that?”

(Pause.)

Bob from the Art Department: “Uhm… we could give our guys four lights instead?”

Project Director: “That’s brilliant, go with that. Now if you’ll excuse me I need to go funnel more time and money away from gameplay development.”
